Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return Authorization & Return Address
To start a return, please contact us at support@litehausstore.com (preferred) / litehausstore1102@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return (photos/videos may be required).
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include clear photos/videos so we can resolve it quickly.

Refund Without Return (RWR)
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund without requiring you to return the item. This is typically used when return shipping is not practical or the issue can be verified by evidence.
To request an RWR, please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue. Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, store credit, or return is the most appropriate resolution. Refund without return is granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time can vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and contact us for assistance with the original order.

EU/EEA & UK Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped into the European Union/EEA or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
